The Patio and Sky Grill

Colonnade

For dining in a more casual environment while still maintaining a very high quality meal, check out the Colonnade. Breakfast and lunch buffets truly are crowd pleasers. Dinners are regionally themed and include such delightful dishes as shrimp ceviche, pan seared grouper, oven roasted pineapple with frozen yogurt and almond brittle, among others served up bistro style to the delight of guests.

The Restaurant

The name may be simple but the food is quite thoughtful and varied in terms of cuisine and flavors. The Restaurant's refined ambiance embraces open seating to make dining as comfortable as possible. For dining in a more intimate setting, with tapas style small plates visit Restaurant 2. Innovative dishes are always on the menu in this beautiful venue. You'll need to make a reservation before you sail your way through one of the most fun and exciting menus on board any ship at sea.

The Grill by Thomas Keller

Discerning travelers will now be able to savor even more glorious creations of Chef Keller's at his new signature restaurant on the 450-guest Seabourn Quest. The dining venue will serve his award-winning French and American cuisine incorporating new flavors and flair to Seabourn’s already highly acclaimed repertoire.

In suite dining is available 24/7 to accommodate your desires. Whether you opt for course by course service ordered from The Restaurant or prefer to enjoy lighter fare on your veranda, the room service menu is sure to thrill a connoisseur.
