Regent Seven Seas Dining Experience
No matter where you choose to dine onboard Regent Seven Seas, the cuisine is always six-star. Regent makes their own pastries, breads, and pastas daily as well as stocking their wine cellar to please the most discriminating of palates. There's a grill for casual dining by the pool, and two open, single-seating restaurants where waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide "Above & Beyond" service. A choice of fine and complimentary wine is poured nightly. The option is yours to enjoy the services of a professional sommelier who will be pleased to discuss alternatives available for purchase from the wine cellar. And, of course, you may choose to dine en suite with Regent's 24-hour room service.
Grand Dining Room
A superb fusion of international cuisine is flawlessly presented in the Diamond's elegant main dining room, considered by many to be the most spectacular restaurant afloat. The combination of cuisine, service, decor and ambiance is perfectly achieved.
Don Vito's
The reservations only Italian trattoria is cleverly disguised as The Grill by day. In the evenings, you will find cuisine as delizioso and authentic as any from an Italian cucina. You will also find that the impromtu performances by the talented staff add to the fun-filled ambiance and familial environment.
Compass Rose Restaurant
The Seven Seas Voyager's largest restaurant is spacious and absolutely stunning. Tables are arranged so that most guests have a picture window view, and thanks to the handsome etched glass partitions, you'll feel as if you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.
Signatures Restaurant
Enjoy the elegant atmosphere of Signatures, while dining on the delightful cuisine of Le Cordon Bleu® of Paris, which is undoubtedly the most famous cooking school in the world. From the white table lines to the burgundy chairs Signatures is illuminated by the soft glow of candlelight. Select from traditional French specialties such as escargots or canard à l'orange or select from the Menu du Monde featuring cuisine from around the world, all prepared following the Cordon Bleu method.
