Oceania Cruises Dining Experience

Legendary master chef Jacques Pepin serves as Executive Culinary Director to the restaurants of Oceania Cruises. His legendary and unique culinary artistry guide the immensely talented chefs onboard to masterfully create cuisine that earns rave reviews from our guests, course after delectable course.

Open Seating Restaurants

Diversity is found in four distinctive restaurants onboard the Regatta, Insignia, and Nautica, along with six diverse restaurants onboard Marina. Each restaurant has an open seating policy giving you the freedom to dine at your own leisure. Simply request a table, when you are ready, and the maitre d' will see to your wishes.

Service onboard Oceania is equally obliging and exceptional. It's as if someone is anticipating your requests and catering to your every whim.

Signature Dishes

Chefs at Oceania create thousands of dishes, each one showcasing their phenomenal talents. The menus are lavishly prepared with signature ingredients that range from a delicate souffle to a robust King's Cut Bone-In Prime Rib. Consider Oceania's artisan breads that are made with special Viron flour, milled from the highest quality wheat which is grown in the fertile Beauce region of France. Their rare baker's delicacies include poulichettes, brioche rolls, croissants, and bacon bread. Each one is richly textured, delicately flavored, and nothing less than perfect.

Afternoon Tea

As a classical string quartet plays softly in the background, the stage is set for Oceania staff to display their chefs' prodigious talents. Freshly made finger sandwiches, colorful petit fours, richly textured scones, and sinfully decadent desserts are lovingly presented on bountiful tiered pastry carts. All accompanied by the most quintessential English beverages and teas.
